Job summary

Genting Malaysia Bhd is seeking an experienced IT professional to lead teams that resolve customer problems, monitor installations, and manage workloads across projects. You will interact with customers and their systems, ensuring smooth operation of networks and infrastructure, while communicating with senior management in a multi-customer environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in a multi-customer environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and innovative thinking.
Knowledge of Microsoft desktop/server OS and storage systems; network/security tech.

Responsibilities

To manage and monitor the teams that resolves problems from our customers and installs Company projects.
To manage workloads and prioritize work across the teams as well as develop the service delivery organization within the Company.
Involved in interactions with Company’s customers and customer systems.
Ensuring the smooth running of our Customers systems and network infrastructure to maximize benefits.
