Job summary

Techcential Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an IT professional to lead development, implementation and administration of IT systems, delivering technology products and services on time and accurately.

The role involves managing multiple technology domains, overseeing system enhancements, upgrades, contract negotiations with vendors, and defining operational processes. Candidates should have at least a diploma in IT/MIS and 1 year experience, with Mandarin, Malay and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT/MIS or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of work experience in the related field is required.
• Fluent Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken/written) is essential.

Responsibilities

• Direct the development, implementation and administration of IT.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of technology products and services.
• Manage multiple technology domains and departments.
• Oversee new system facilitation and current system enhancements.
• Manage internal/external application upgrades.
• Define and improve all system and network operations processes.
• Negotiate contracts with software/hardware and consulting vendors.
