Lazada Group in Malaysia is seeking an IT Service Desk and Operations Lead to drive internal IT operational excellence across corporate and logistics facilities. This hands-on leadership role requires technical involvement in troubleshooting, upgrades, and mentoring a high-performing team.

You will balance strategic oversight with direct execution, leading projects and ensuring seamless technology support for employees across Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2-3+ years in IT operations, including 1+ years leading teams.
• Proven expertise in ITSM, IT project management, and multi-site operations.
• Professional English proficiency (written/spoken).
• Willingness to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full IT asset lifecycle (ITALM), ensuring accurate inventory and compliance.
• Manage multi-site IT infrastructure, optimizing support for corporate offices and logistics facilities.
• Lead, mentor, and develop an IT support team to exceed SLAs and CSAT targets.
• Implement ITSM/ITIL best practices for helpdesk operations and issue resolution.
• Manage IT projects (e.g., system rollouts, office relocations) from planning to execution.
