Job summary

TIME dotCom Bhd in Penang seeks an experienced Enterprise Service Delivery, Governance & Commercial Alignment professional. You will act as a trusted advisor to CTOs and IT leaders, guiding complex network programs across Data Connectivity, Cloud Connectivity and Cybersecurity.

You will oversee end-to-end project delivery, review enterprise contract terms, and liaise with executive stakeholders to drive service improvements and post-incident reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience, with 3-4 years in Telecommunications/IT/Networking.
• ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2, CCNA, CCNP, or Cloud certifications preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to lead, coach, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, analytical, and deadline-driven.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, working with Sales and Presales on network architecture and best practices.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex projects with minimal business disruption.
• Review terms and clauses in service management within enterprise contracts.
• Lead client communications with executive stakeholders; drive incident RCAs and post-incident reviews.
• Organize quarterly and monthly service review meetings with clients and present performance dashboards to executives.
• Plan, coordinate and execute Preventive Maintenance activities per contracts, during low-impact hours.
• Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices and automation across service operations.
