Job summary

Genting Malaysia Bhd is seeking an experienced IT professional to lead teams that resolve customer problems, monitor installations, and manage workloads across projects. You will interact with customers and their systems, ensuring smooth operation of networks and infrastructure, while communicating with senior management in a multi-customer environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in a multi-customer environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and innovative thinking.
• Knowledge of Microsoft desktop/server OS and storage systems; network/security tech.

Job requirement

• Posses a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent.


• Minimum of 8 years relevant working experience with exposure in multi customer environment.


• Possess of strong analytical, problem solving skills & innovative thinking


• Display and apply knowledge of technologies including : Microsoft , Infrastructure Networks, network/security technologies, server virtualization and an awareness and understanding of additional software programme and technologies relevant to technical infrastructure environments


• Knowledge of installing, configuring and administrating Microsoft desktop, Server operating systems and storage systems


• A high level of oral and written communication skills in order to communicate effectively with senior managers, colleagues and other stakeholders


• To work under pressure and think clearly in challenging situations in a logical manner
