Qualifications

• Willingness to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT asset lifecycle and multi-site infrastructure, ensuring inventory accuracy and compliance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop an IT support team to exceed SLAs and CSAT targets.
• Manage IT projects from planning to execution and provide technical oversight for corporate events.
• Identify automation opportunities to enhance workflows and user experience.
