Job summary

Go Hub Capital Bhd, through its NSS IT Solution Sdn Bhd subsidiary, is seeking a Project Assistant Manager to support planning, coordination, and delivery of IT projects within timelines, scope, and budget. You'll help manage project docs, coordinate with internal teams, and assist governance and reporting.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Business, with 3+ years in software/IT project management, strong communication and stakeholder management, and familiarity with Jira,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in project management for software or IT projects.
• Experience with IT system implementation or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with cross-functional teams.
• PMP, CAPM, ACP, or CSM certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering IT projects within agreed timelines, scope, and budget.
• Develop and update project plans, schedules, and trackers to monitor progress.
• Prepare and control project documentation including meeting minutes and risk registers.
• Ensure documentation aligns with SDLC and governance standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders for alignment.
• Identify and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Support project governance, change management, and reporting requirements.
• Assist in managing project resources and coordinating multiple tasks.
