Qualifications

• Clear and concise verbal and written communication to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Familiarity with relevant project management software.

Responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining project timelines, assigning tasks to team members, and monitoring progress against deadlines
• Facilitating communication between project team members, stakeholders, and clients, including regular status updates and meeting coordination
• Identifying potential project risks, developing mitigation strategies, and monitoring their impact
• Managing the procurement process for project needs, including vendor selection and contract negotiation
• Preparing project reports and dashboards to track progress, identify issues, and inform decision-making
• Managing project documentation, maintaining files, and ensuring compliance with relevant procedures
