Responsibilities

• Scheduling & Task Management: Creating and maintaining project timelines, assigning tasks to team members, and monitoring progress against deadlines.
• Facilitating communication between project team members, stakeholders, and clients, including regular status updates and meeting coordination.
• Identifying potential project risks, developing mitigation strategies, and monitoring their impact.
• Managing the procurement process for project needs, including vendor selection and contract negotiation.
• Preparing project reports and dashboards to track progress, identify issues, and inform decision-making.
• Managing project documentation, maintaining files, and ensuring compliance with relevant procedures.
