Job summary

KPJ HEALTHCARE BERHAD is seeking an IT Project Executive (Contract) to support the planning and delivery of IT projects. You will coordinate stakeholders, track project progress, manage risks, and ensure compliance with organisational requirements.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and has proficiency in project management tools as well as good understanding of IT domains.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related IT discipline.
• Good understanding of IT domains including infrastructure, cybersecurity, applications.
• Knowledge of project governance frameworks and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and deliver IT projects in accordance with defined scope, timeline and budget.
• Define project objectives and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

Skills

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Office, MS Project)

Knowledge of Waterfall and/or Agile project management methodologies

Strong interpersonal skills

High level of accountability and professionalism

Ability to work under pressure

Education
