Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Project Coordinator to oversee End User Computing projects from initiation to delivery, collaborating with Project Management, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and customers to ensure timely and quality execution.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in project coordination or related fields, strong communication and stakeholder management, and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, PM, Business, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate custom and complex customer projects and track project progress.
• Review customer requirements and maintain project documentation.
• Coordinate activities across Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Project Management teams.
• Monitor timelines, risks, issues, and deliverables; escalate when required.
• Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support project planning, quality assurance, implementation, and delivery.
• Provide project status updates and identify process improvements.
• Work with tools such as Financial Force (FF), DOMS, DellStar, OFS, EBI, PET Tool, and FMT.
