Job summary

Qualifications

• IT/Computer background preferred.
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts (Day/Night).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security protocols.
• Install and configure computer systems, servers, workstations, applications as needed.
• Respond to technical issues and resolve hardware, software, or connectivity problems.
• Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting to fix system errors or inefficiencies.
• Ensure regular backups and disaster recovery readiness; apply updates and patches.
