Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 3-5 years in IT support, system/network administration, or similar.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, hardware and software.
• Experience with cloud platforms and network management tools.
• Familiarity with firewalls, VPNs, and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure for uptime, speed, and security.
• Install and setup servers, workstations, and applications as needed.
• Resolve user-reported issues related to hardware, software, or network.
• Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting to fix system errors.
• Ensure regular backups and disaster recovery planning.
• Apply updates and patches to protect systems from vulnerabilities.
• Assist in migrating to cloud platforms or integrating new systems.
• Maintain records of configurations, incidents and maintenance schedules.
• Stay updated on industry trends to propose improvements.
