Qualifications

Experience with cloud platforms and network management.

Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers and networks.
Install and set up computer systems, servers, workstations, and applications.
Respond to user-reported technical issues and resolve hardware/software/network problems.
Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting to fix system errors.
Implement backups and disaster recovery protocols; manage security updates.
