Job summary

Superlon Worldwide in Malaysia seeks an IT professional to support reliability and security of the IT environment across infrastructure and end-user systems. The role combines hands-on IT support with network and cybersecurity awareness, business-process thinking and responsible use of AI to troubleshoot issues and contribute to the IT roadmap.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Network Engineering, Software Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support for end users across desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices and business applications.
• Support the setup, monitoring and maintenance of network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, switches, routers, firewalls and VPN connections.
• Support cybersecurity controls and good practices including endpoint protection, patching, access control, backups and incident escalation.
• Map and document business process flows and user requirements; identify opportunities for digitisation and workflow automation.
• Assist in IT projects, infrastructure upgrades, cloud adoption and AI enablement as part of the IT roadmap.
• Maintain accurate IT asset records, system configurations, and documentation for audit purposes.
