Job summary

MLDC seeks an IT support professional in Malaysia to monitor and maintain computing devices, networks, and software. You will leverage automation tools like Power Automate and Power Apps to streamline daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain and provide ongoing support for computing devices, peripheral devices, networking equipment, and software applications.
• Explore and leverage automation tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps to streamline daily operations (Development, Testing, Deployment, Maintenance).
• Provide IT-related administrative support including procurement, license management and user accounts upkeep.
• Maintain and update IT inventory records.
