Job summary

Randstad Malaysia in Johor Bahru is seeking an experienced IT Operations Engineer to lead advanced troubleshooting and incident resolution for complex data-centre infrastructure. You will perform root-cause analysis, manage hardware migrations, and coordinate cloud and vendor engagements to ensure high-availability services.

As a technical authority, you will mentor IT Operations Engineers, share knowledge through sessions, review operational records to spot risks, and help drive process

• Deep Infrastructure Expertise: strong track record in IT infrastructure operations and advanced multi-layer troubleshooting.
• Cloud & Vendor Coordination: experience with hybrid cloud platforms and external partners.
• Hardware & Migration Proficiency: hands-on with hardware replacement, migrations and change execution.
• Analytical Problem-Solving: ability to diagnose complex incidents and write technical reports.
• Leadership & Availability: mentor teammates and step up during emergencies.
