Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• Proven leadership experience leading IT teams and projects.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the IT team to ensure efficient IT service delivery.
• Manage IT infrastructure including servers, networks, cloud, and end-user devices.
• Develop and implement cybersecurity policies, controls and best practices.
• Ensure system security, availability, backup, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Oversee IT projects, system enhancements, and vendor management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support operational and strategic IT needs.
