Job summary

TG Malaysia is seeking an experienced IT leader to oversee IT Operations, focusing on infrastructure stability, system reliability, and day-to-day IT support. The role emphasizes ERP improvements and driving digital transformation across the organization.

The candidate should bring hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, networks, servers, cloud, and ERP systems, with strong troubleshooting and cross-functional coordination skills. Manufacturing or engineering exposure is beneficial.

Qualifications

• 2 years of leadership and management experience.
• Strong hands-on IT infra, networks, servers, cloud and system support.
• Experience with ERP systems, workflow automation and digitalization projects.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate with internal departments and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Core Responsibility: 100% focused on IT Operations, including infrastructure management, system maintenance, troubleshooting and technical support.
• Primary Focus (First 6 Months): Ensure IT infrastructure stability, system reliability and smooth day-to-day IT operations.
• Long-Term Objectives: Support the company's digital transformation initiatives and ERP system improvements.
• Digital Transformation: Participate in ongoing digitalization projects and contribute to future IT enhancements.
• Added Advantage: ERP improvements, digital transformation and process automation experience.
