Job summary

OEGroup in Malaysia is seeking an experienced IT Specialist to join our team and oversee the daily operations of the IT support function. You will provide hands-on technical assistance and strategic leadership, driving process improvements and mentoring staff.

Strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential, with familiarity in Mandarin considered a plus. This role requires knowledge of Malaysian business culture and local IT practices to align IT services with business goals

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2–5 years IT support experience, with 1–2 years in a supervisory/lead role.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.
• Knowledge of Malaysian business culture and local IT practices.
• Relevant Certifications are highly valued.
