Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• Retail IT leadership experience (Head of IT or MIS Manager).
• Strong ERP/POS implementation experience.
• Experience with IT governance and change management.
• Hands-on leadership to guide a small team.

Responsibilities

• Shape and drive IT vision and roadmap to fuel growth.
• Advise senior management on technology adoption and digital transformation.
• Manage IT infrastructure, networks, and data security.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals and build capabilities.
• Collaborate with business units to identify needs and deliver solutions.
• Champion change management for smooth system adoption.
