Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist Information Technologist in implementing IT projects.
• Maintain and update IT operation checklists and documentation.
• Respond to helpdesk tasks according to service level agreements.
• Cooperate with internal teams to resolve higher-level user requisition issues.
• Accomplish assigned tasks within deadlines set by superiors.
