Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an IT support professional to manage assets and support users across desktops, laptops, printers, and network equipment. You will deploy machines for new joiners, coordinate software licenses, and liaise with external vendors.

Collaborating with Third-party consultants, you will help maintain both on-premises and cloud infrastructure, document processes, and report to the Tech Manager. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or 1–2 year experience welcome.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, multi-task and be a team player.
• Good communication and ability to explain IT matters simply.
• Extensive knowledge of computer hardware and software; strong troubleshooting.
• Keeps up-to-date with technology changes; software development a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT assets including desktops, laptops, printers, phones, CCTV, and networking devices.
• Understand user permissions and deploy machines for new joiners.
• Ensure software subscriptions are up to date and coordinate license renewals.
• Coordinate ISP setup and ensure site internet connectivity.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Maintain on-premises and cloud servers with third-party consultants.
• Assist with installations, troubleshooting, and updates from vendors.
• Prepare records and monthly reports for Tech Manager and HQ.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
