Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a fresh graduate for an IT Network - Service Operation Center role. The candidate will handle 1st line troubleshooting for services and cloud workloads, including AWS, Azure and VMware, while collaborating with other teams to meet SLAs.

The position requires basic IT infrastructure knowledge, good communication, and a customer-focused mindset; 24/7 rotational shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking, Telecommunications or related fields.

• Exposure to AWS, Azure or VMware is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and perform 1st level troubleshooting for services and packages provided by the company and managed by fixed, broadband, IoT and cloud.
• Assist Level 2 on Infra Upgrade, Preventive Maintenance, Reporting, and Projects as part of individual improvements.
• Provide level 1 support to Customer’s Cloud Computing workloads in AWS; support on AWS, Azure and VMware across public & private clouds.
• Collaborate with other Support Teams to ensure issues are assigned and resolved within SLA.
• Provide customers with progressive updates on related issues.
• Work flexible shifts/rotations to provide 24/7 support.

• Monitoring and perform 1st level troubleshooting for services and packages provide by the company and managed by (Fixed, Broadband, IoT, Cloud)
• Assist Level 2 on Infra Upgrade, Preventive Maintenance, Reporting, and Project as part of individual improvements.
• Provide level 1 support to Customer’s Cloud Computing workloads in AWS, also provide continuous support on a variety of Cloud Platforms like AWS, Azure, and VMware for both public & private cloud environments.
• Works collaboratively with other Support Teams to ensure that any issues are assigned and resolved within the Service Level Agreement.
• Consistently provided customers with progressive updates on related issues.
• Working flexibly in shifts and rotations to be able to provide continuous support to customers 24/7.
