Job summary

Bluzen Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an IT Support professional in Malaysia to assist with enterprise IT environments, hardware configurations, OA and network support. You will participate in security maintenance, incident response, and daily IT operations while travelling as needed.

Applicants should have 4–5 years in IT support or IT operations, a degree in IT or computer science, and readiness to work standby during weekends and public holidays for urgent requests.

• Periodic system access and monitoring for issues.

• Experience designing and installing computer hardware configurations.
• Background in OA support, network support and enterprise systems.
• Experience troubleshooting network and software issues, and system administration.
• Familiarity with ITSM frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline IT support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist in maintaining enterprise IT environments and related systems.
• Respond promptly to urgent IT requests and incidents, including on weekends/public holidays.
• Prepare and submit monthly IT operation reports to the supervisor/manager.
• Assist in updating security software and ensuring compliance with IT policies.
• Support hardware configuration, installations, and preventative maintenance.
• Apply ITSM practices to incident, problem and change management where applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 to 5 years working experience in IT support. Preferred 5+ years of IT operations or maintenance experience.
• Degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science related.
