Job summary

BLUZEN Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. provides IT support and maintenance for enterprise environments across multiple industries, including construction, automobile, retail and manufacturing. The role requires proactive problem solving, strong teamwork, and effective communication in English.

Candidates should have 4–5 years in IT support, with a degree in IT/CS, and readiness to work weekends or public holidays for urgent requests. Travel with own transport is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years working experience in IT support
• Preferred 5+ years of IT operations or maintenance experience
• Degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science related
• Experience in Samsung affiliates or major enterprise IT environments
• Familiar with ITSM frameworks

Responsibilities

• Periodically assess system needs and respond to IT requests promptly
• Fill in monthly reports and submit to manager on time
• Ensure security software is kept up to date
• Experience in designing and installing computer hardware configuration
• Experience in OA Support, network support and enterprise system, plus troubleshooting network and software issues

BLUZEN specializes in supporting IT infrastructures and maintenance for global Korean companies in the construction, automobile, retail and manufacturing sectors. We support our partners with offices in Singapore, Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia.

Malaysian

Able to travel with your own transport.

Able to work on standby during weekends and public holidays for an urgent request.

Experience in Samsung affiliates or major enterprise IT environments

Requirements

Good command in written and spoken English is an advantage.

Willing to learn about current new technology and skills.

Periodically access system needs.

Quick responding to general IT requests.

Filling in monthly reports and on-time submission to manager.

Always ensure security software is kept up to date.

Experience in designing and installing computer hardware configuration.

Experience in OA Support, network support and enterprise system.

Experience in troubleshooting network and software issues related.

Experience in troubleshooting technical issues and providing system administration.

Familiar with ITSM frameworks.

Qualifications

Monday to Saturday, 7:00AM - 6:00PM
