Job summary

MGB Berhad in Malaysia is seeking an IT support and audit specialist to maintain daily IT operations, set up PCs and printers, troubleshoot hardware, and manage network equipment including switches, routers and servers.

The role also involves assisting in automating the construction system via the Laserfiche portal and completing ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Superior.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include Higher Secondary/STPM/A‑levels, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or a Bachelor's/PG Dip in IT, CS or equivalent.
• Fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English; Mandarin fluency is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct IT audits monthly.
• Set up and troubleshoot PCs and printers.
• Provide daily IT support.
• Handle hardware including switches, routers and servers (networking knowledge).
• Assist with ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Superior.

• Provide Daily IT support
• Handle all hardware equipment including Switch, Router and Server (Networking knowledge required)
• Complete any other ad hoc tasks/assignments assigned by the Superior

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
• Fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English
• Fluency in Mandarin is an extra advantage
