Job summary

D GATEWAY HOTEL SDN BHD is seeking an IT Helpdesk specialist in Selangor to handle end-user computing support. You will manage tickets, perform onsite assistance, deploy and configure computers for new and existing users, and maintain IT assets across stores and offices. Strong Windows 10 knowledge and Office 365 experience are preferred.

Candidate should have at least 3 years in IT support, with diploma or degree in IT. MCP/ITIL certifications are advantageous for career progression.

Qualifications

• Min. 3 years of End User IT computing experience.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and equivalent administration.
• Excellent support experience in desktops, laptops, printers and MS Office software.

Responsibilities

• Handle IT helpdesk tickets: assignment, prioritization, escalation and resolution.
• Provide IT onsite support as required.
• Deployment and setup of computers for new/existing users.
• Deployment and maintenance of IT equipment and peripherals.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and asset room at stores/offices.
