Job summary

MFORCE BIKE HOLDINGS SDN BHD in Penang is seeking an IT Executive (Infrastructure - Hardware) to install and maintain computer hardware and related software systems. You will support CCTV, printers, bar code devices, and network connections, while providing reliable MIS services.

The role requires handling SAP and Autocount in production workflows, training users, and coordinating with vendors to upgrade systems and improve reporting processes. Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin; Mandarin required for OEM comms.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and apps including CCTV, printers, bar code printer.
• Provide technical support for software infrastructure: bar code system, SAP, Autocount, and email.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems; diagnose and fix hardware or software faults.
• Assist in implementing new applications to improve system performance.
• Liaise with external vendors for system customization and upgrades.
• Provide user training on existing and new applications; maintain MIS SOPs.

Job description

IT EXECUTIVE (INFRASTRUCTURE - HARDWARE)

Job Descriptions:

• Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications including CCTV, printer, photocopy machine, bar code printer (first level support), firewall, and internet connection.
• Provide technical support in software infrastructure including bar code system (production), SAP, Autocount, and email.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems; diagnose and solve hardware or software faults.
• Assist in the implementation of new applications to continually enhance system performance.
• Liaise with external vendors for systems customization and upgrade.
• Provide guidance and conduct user training on existing and new applications.
• Establish the standard operating policies and procedures of MIS Department adhere to the company policies.
• Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.
• Provide help desk support for incoming calls or email request for MIS assistance; ensure all help desk tickets are being follow-up and solve in a timely manner.
• Provide support to production and representative from OEM on new model set up with its product's application.
• Maintain proper filing system of MIS documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Written & spoken in Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin. Mandarin is require when communicate with OEM representative from mandarin speaking countries.
