Job summary

Toyoplas Manufacturing (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, Kulai, Johor, seeks an IT Support Specialist to maintain IT systems and support manufacturing operations. You will install, configure, and troubleshoot IT equipment, manage user accounts, backups, and security, and coordinate with vendors to keep factory systems running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma or Degree in IT and 3–5 years of IT support, with strong problem-solving and communication skills and the ability to work independently to

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3-5 years IT support experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic knowledge of networks, servers, hardware, software, and Microsoft 365.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and support factory operations when required.
