Job summary

Fiamma Holdings Berhad seeks an experienced ERP Support Specialist to manage day-to-day coordination and continuous improvement of ERP, WMS, CRM, and reporting solutions in Malaysia. You will be the first contact for ERP issues, collaborating with business users, IT teams, and vendors to drive issue closure.

Responsibilities include supporting end-to-end processes across sales, purchasing, inventory, warehouse, and finance, and performing initial investigations before escalating to the right

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in IT or related discipline.
• 4+ years of ERP, business applications, or IT project coordination experience.
• Strong ERP and end-to-end business process knowledge.
• Experience supporting or coordinating ERP, WMS, CRM or other enterprise apps.
• Good SQL concepts, databases, APIs, and data flows.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with strong communication.

Job description

Responsible for the day-to-day support, coordination and continuous improvement of the company's ERP and business application environment, including ERP, WMS, CRM, system integrations and reporting solutions. The role serves as the first point of contact for ERP and business application matters, working closely with business users, internal IT teams and external vendors to investigate issues, coordinate resolutions and ensure issues are followed through to closure. This is a hands-on coordination and application support role.

Key responsibilities

Provide Level 1 support and serve as the first point of contact for ERP and related business application issues

Understand and support ERP and end-to-end business processes, including sales, purchasing, inventory, warehouse and finance-related processes

Assess user-reported issues and perform initial investigation before engaging the relevant internal team or external vendor

Coordinate with vendors and business users to resolve application-related issues

Support ERP, WMS, CRM and other business applications

Track outstanding issues through resolution and closure

Identify recurring issues and work with vendors and stakeholders on appropriate solutions

Provide system guidance and support to business users

About you

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline

Minimum 4 years and above of relevant experience in ERP, business applications, application support, IT project coordination or related areas

Strong experience and understanding of ERP systems and end-to-end business processes

Experience supporting or coordinating ERP, WMS, CRM or other enterprise business applications

Good understanding of databases and basic SQL concepts

Good understanding of APIs, system integrations, JSON and how data flows between systems

Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills are required

Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Self-driven, proactive and resourceful with strong coordination and follow-up skills
