Jora Malaysia is seeking an IT technician to install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, monitors, printers, and other IT hardware in our Kuantan facility.
You will diagnose hardware issues, configure Windows OS, provide first-level IT support, set up user accounts, and ensure network connectivity.
The role requires a diploma or certificate in IT and 1–3 years' experience; on-site work in a factory setting is expected, with opportunities for development.

Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, monitors, printers, and other IT hardware.
Diagnose and repair computer hardware issues, including component replacement and upgrades.
Install and configure Windows operating systems and software applications.
Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Set up workstations, user accounts, email, and peripheral devices for new employees.
Troubleshoot and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, and network connectivity.
Support and maintain printers, scanners, barcode scanners, label printers, and other office equipment.
Assist in maintaining industrial PCs (IPC), handheld devices, and production IT equipment.
Perform routine preventive maintenance on IT equipment to minimize downtime.
Maintain IT asset inventory, hardware records, and documentation.
Support CCTV, access control, and attendance systems when required.
Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs, warranty claims, and maintenance services.
Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security procedures.
Perform other duties assigned by the IT Supervisor or Manager.
