Job summary

Fiscal Therapy Management seeks an experienced IT professional to provide ERP system support to users, troubleshoot issues, and manage user access, configuration, workflows and reports. You will understand business processes to identify opportunities to improve ERP efficiency and gather requirements for enhancements.

You will liaison with ERP vendors on issues, participate in implementation projects, coordinate testing and training, and provide general IT support.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant IT support and ERP experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on ERP customization/enhancement projects.
• Good knowledge of IT infrastructure and IT support.
• Experience working with ERP vendors and internal users.
• Mandarin language skills are required for communication with Mandarin-speaking principals and vendors.
• Willing to work in Cheras, Selangor.

What We're Looking For

Degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.

3–5 years of relevant experience in IT support and ERP systems.

Experience in a manufacturing environment.

Hands-on experience in ERP customization / enhancement projects.

Good knowledge of IT infrastructure and IT support.

Experience working with ERP vendors and internal users.

Mandarin language skills are required for communication with Mandarin-speaking principals and vendors.

Willing to work in Cheras, Selangor.

Salary: RM5,000 – RM7,999, depending on experience.
