Job summary

INNOValues Precision Sdn Bhd in Johor seeks an experienced IT end-user support specialist to install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and networks across the site. You will monitor systems, respond to service requests, and provide broad technical support while ensuring ERP, payroll, and manufacturing applications run smoothly.

Candidates should have a degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, 5+ years in IT support, strong English written skills, and Mandarin for client

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Min. 5 years in IT end-user support, especially on Microsoft platforms (MS SQL, Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Exposure to ERP, payroll, or manufacturing systems is preferred.
• Excellent written English and spoken English/Malay/Mandarin; Mandarin proficiency valued.
• Strong customer interfacing, planning, and project coordination skills.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001 (ISMS) is preferable.

Requirement:
