Job summary

Hirehub Group is seeking an ERP Administrator to manage Epicor ERP access, security, and performance across Malaysia and international markets. You will deliver daily operational support, build SSRS reports, and coordinate with Epicor support for issue resolution.

The role requires strong SQL Server skills, Epicor configuration experience, and knowledge of BPM, BAQ, and API/EDI integrations. A degree in IT/CS/IS is required, with a proactive, collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT / Computer Science / Information Systems or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server administration and SQL query writing.
• Hands-on experience with Epicor ERP system configuration and security management.
• Experience in developing reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
• Knowledge in Epicor Business Activity Queries (BAQ), Dashboards, and BPM.
• Understanding of system integrations, APIs, and EDI systems.
• Experience with Windows Server administration and network troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Epicor ERP user access, security settings, and system performance.
• Provide daily ERP operational support to ensure smooth business operations.
• Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and coordinate with Epicor technical support when required.
• Develop and enhance reports, dashboards, and system solutions to support business needs.
• Perform ERP system upgrades, testing, validation, and technical documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through ERP optimization and automation.

• Technical Skills & Experience :
