Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan GMRecruitment Sdn Bhd seeks an ERP Support Specialist to maintain and optimize our ERP environment for a manufacturing setup in Cheras, Selangor. You will support users, manage access, configure workflows, and troubleshoot system issues.

You will gather requirements for enhancements, liaise with ERP vendors, coordinate testing and UAT, and document ERP processes. Mandarin language skills are required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking principals and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level IT/CS degree required.
• 3–5 years’ IT support and ERP experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.
• Hands-on ERP customization/enhancement project experience.
• Strong IT infrastructure and IT support knowledge.
• Experience working with ERP vendors and internal users.
• Mandarin language skills required for communication with Mandarin-speaking principals and vendors.

What We're Looking For

• Degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT support and ERP systems.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience in ERP customization / enhancement projects.
• Good knowledge of IT infrastructure and IT support.
• Experience working with ERP vendors and internal users.
• Mandarin language skills are required for communication with Mandarin-speaking principals and vendors.
• Willing to work in Cheras, Selangor.
• Salary: RM5,000 - RM7,999, depending on experience.
