Genting Malaysia Bhd is seeking an IT Support professional to deliver frontline technical help for pc hardware and software, maintain antivirus and manage SCCM/WSUS, and drive small to mid-size IT projects. You will contribute to process documentation, enforce policies, and suggest efficiency improvements to cut onsite support time.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Computer Science/IT or a diploma with 2+ years' experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work independently

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science or IT related field.
• Diploma with minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Know how to provide onsite support for workstations, hardware and software issues.
• Must be positive, hardworking and able to work within tight schedule and deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills with good written and verbal communication in English.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, resourceful and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Able to be teamed up with colleagues to perform IT systems support functions.
