Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management: Assist in planning and executing end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social, email, SEO/SEM, and offline).


• Content Oversight: Review and edit marketing copy, visuals, and brand assets to ensure consistency with brand voice and guidelines.


• Data Analysis & Strategic Reporting: Monitor KPIs across all platforms, translating raw data into actionable insights and \"next-step\" optimizations for the leadership team.


• Market Research: Keep a pulse on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities.


• Project Coordination: Manage timelines and deliverables for various projects, ensuring all stakeholders (design, sales, product) are aligned.

Skills & Attributes:

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.


• Numerical Fluency: Highly comfortable with numbers and quantitative analysis; you enjoy finding the story within the data.


• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics or a related discipline.


• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft tools (Word / PPT / Excel)


• Analytical Skills: Advanced command of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and data visualization) and the broader Microsoft 365 suite.


• Communication: Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills; ability to present ideas clearly to leadership.


• Soft Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, a collaborative spirit, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
