Qualifications

• 2–4 years in application support, system implementation, or IT project coordination.
• Experience with vendor management, UAT, and system implementation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Good communication with technical and non-technical users.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience in payment gateways or e-wallet integrations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate system testing, UAT, implementation and system roll-out.

• Monitor system performance and data integrity.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, Work Instructions and system documentation.
• Prepare project and system status reports for HOD/Management.
• Support IT governance, security, compliance and continuous system improvement.

About the role

We are seeking an IT Executive to join our team in Subang Jaya, Selangor on a full-time basis. This role is pivotal to supporting our technology infrastructure and operations, ensuring that our IT systems and services run efficiently to meet the needs of the organisation. As an IT Executive, you will play a key part in maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimising our technology environment whilst contributing to the strategic objectives of HELOGANG SDN. BHD.

Key responsibilities
