Job summary

HELOGANG SDN. BHD. in Subang Jaya, Selangor, is seeking an IT Executive to join our team full-time. You will support, troubleshoot, and optimize our technology environment to keep systems running smoothly and aligned with business goals.

The role involves gathering requirements, coordinating with vendors, managing IT projects, and maintaining documentation. A Diploma or Degree in IT and 2–4 years of relevant experience are preferred; experience with payment gateways is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT or related field.
• 2–4 years in application support, system implementation, or IT project coordination.
• Experience with vendor management, UAT, and system implementation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Good communication with technical and non-technical users.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience in payment gateways or e-wallet integrations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support the company’s business applications and internal systems.
• Gather business requirements and prepare BRD, project timelines and milestones.
• Coordinate and monitor software vendors/developers to ensure timely project delivery.
• Coordinate system testing, UAT, implementation and system roll-out.
• Monitor and follow up application bugs, system issues and user support requests according to SLA.
• Support system enhancements, integrations and digital solutions.
• Monitor system performance and data integrity.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, Work Instructions and system documentation.
• Prepare project and system status reports for HOD/Management.
• Support IT governance, security, compliance and continuous system improvement.
