Job summary

Fodegraf Worldwide Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Senior IT Executive to lead software development, manage IT infrastructure, and drive the company’s digital transformation initiatives.

You will develop internal systems, monitor performance and security, support business apps, and coordinate with departments and vendors to implement IT improvements. The role requires a diploma or Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Software Engineering and at least four years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• A diploma or degree in CS/IT/SE or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in software development and IT infrastructure.
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance internal systems and business applications.
• Manage and support IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and devices.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Monitor system performance, cybersecurity, backups, and user access controls.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to implement IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance the Company's internal systems and business applications.

Manage and support the Company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, computers, and related equipment.

Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.

Monitor system performance, cybersecurity, backups, and user access controls.

Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to implement IT solutions and system improvements.

Maintain IT documentation, inventory records, and support digital transformation projects.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in software development and IT infrastructure.

Experience with MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or other relational databases.

Good knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, networking, virtualization, and cloud services.

Familiar with LAN/WAN, VPN, routers, switches, firewalls, CCTV, and cybersecurity practices.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Good communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities.

Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
