Job summary

HELOGANG SDN. BHD. is seeking an IT Executive in Subang Jaya, Selangor, on a full-time basis. The role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting and optimising the IT environment while supporting governance, security and continuous system improvement.

The candidate will manage applications, gather business requirements, coordinate vendors, and ensure timely delivery of projects and system roll-outs, with emphasis on SLA-driven user support and documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or related field.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in application support, system implementation or IT project coordination.
• Experience in vendor management, UAT and system implementation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Good communication skills with both technical and non-technical users.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience in payment gateway/e-wallet or system integration will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support the company’s business applications and internal systems.
• Gather business requirements and prepare BRD, project timelines and milestones.
• Coordinate and monitor software vendors/developers to ensure timely project delivery.
• Coordinate system testing, UAT, implementation and system roll-out.
• Monitor and follow up application bugs, system issues and user support requests according to SLA.
• Support system enhancements, integrations and digital solutions.
• Monitor system performance and data integrity.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, Work Instructions and system documentation.
• Prepare project and system status reports for HOD/Management.
• Support IT governance, security, compliance and continuous system improvement.
