Job summary

Citymedic is seeking a Developer and IT Support Executive to begin an IT career with real ownership. You will support daily IT operations and help build simple apps and automations for our medical technology environment.

This learning-focused role welcomes fresh graduates and emphasizes problem-solving, curiosity, and a proactive approach to IT across devices and software.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Preferred at least 1 year of experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• General IT Support for laptops, printers, networks and software.
• Develop apps (web/mobile) and create simple automations.
• Help new colleagues get started: set up laptops, emails, and ensure software works.
• Be the first point of contact for computer issues and troubleshoot daily problems.
• Learn how our software-based medical devices work; training provided.
• Assist in testing devices and contribute to cybersecurity improvements.

Developer and IT Support Executive (Fresh Grads Welcome) — IT Career in Medical Technology

Looking to start your IT career with real ownership from day one? We're a Medical Devices company looking for a developer to help build apps and perform basic IT Support to take over our daily IT operations — currently handled by management — so you can grow into the go-to person for everything from laptops to software-based medical devices.

We're especially keen on candidates with some full-stack development experience, as there's real opportunity here to build simple automations and tools beyond standard IT support. That said, this remains a learning-focused role: you don't need to know everything on day one, you just need to be good with computers, good at solving problems, and ready to learn.

The Role

You’ll be the first point of contact for all things tech in the company, supporting your colleagues day-to-day while learning how our software-based medical devices work behind the scenes.

• General IT Support
• Developing apps (web/mobile)
• Help new colleagues get started: set up laptops, create emails, and make sure software is working.
• Be the first person colleagues call for computer issues (e.g., printer not connecting, email password errors, WiFi issues).
• Troubleshoot everyday issues like laptops error, software errors, and connectivity problems.
• Learn how our software-based medical devices work — training provided.
• Contacting principals to report bugs or request technical help.
• Assist in testing devices to make sure they’re ready for operation.
• Help to improve ad upkeep the company's cyber security.
• Research new apps or software that can make our work easier.
• Bonus: if you know how to code or use low-code tools, help us build simple automations.

What You’ll Need

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Preferred candidate with at least 1 year of experience. However, fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Good command of English (written & spoken) — you’ll be emailing/chatting with international support partners.
• Patient: you don't get annoyed easily teaching non-tech people how to use software.
• Curious: you like exploring new tech and figuring out how things work.
• Honest: if you don't know the answer, you're willing to find out or ask.
