ZICO Trust (M) Berhad is seeking an IT Executive to provide frontline IT support for staff in our Malaysia office. You will monitor networks, manage user access, and help maintain secure systems and data backups.

The role involves coordinating with vendors, maintaining IT docs, and delivering basic training to colleagues. Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English, with 1–2 years of relevant experience and IT qualifications.

Job Requirements

• 1 - 2 years of relevant experience.
• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Good knowledge of hardware, software, networking and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Windows and basic network administration.
• Experience in handling IT vendors and service providers will be an advantage.
