• Assist in managing user accounts, access rights and IT security.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and provide technical support to users.
• Maintain IT documentation, inventory and records of hardware and software.
• Assist in IT projects, system upgrades and new technologies.
• Liaise with external IT vendors or service providers when required.
