Job summary

ZICO Holdings Inc is seeking a finance professional to manage the full set of accounts, including AP, AR and GL, and oversee day-to-day finance activities in Kuala Lumpur.

The role involves SST/GST returns, budgeting support, cash flow monitoring, and liaising with auditors and banks to ensure compliance and efficient financial operations within ZICO's ASEAN platforms.

Qualifications

• Professional Certificate, Diploma, Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or Professional Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or equivalent qualification
• Able to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and good organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Handle the full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
• Monitor and manage day-to-day finance and accounting activities
• Prepare and submit SST and GST returns in compliance with relevant regulations
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports
• Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure effective working capital management
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, and other relevant parties
• Perform other finance and accounting duties as assigned
