Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT and at least three years of IT service support experience, with hands-on MS Cloud and On‑Premise Server administration. You will also train end-users and support CCTV/card access systems to maintain secure, reliable IT

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT service support or a related role.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Cloud administration.
Hands-on experience with On-Premise Microsoft Server Administration.

Responsibilities

Ensure IT regulatory and compliance standards; conduct audits and provide reports to stakeholders.
Assist in developing and implementing IT policies and procedures.
Provide L2 and L1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, escalate complex issues when necessary.
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure; ensure data backups and disaster recovery are in place.
Manage On-Premise Microsoft Services such as Active Directory and File Servers.
Manage Microsoft Cloud environment including SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online and Entra.
Monitor system performance; ensure availability and security of services.
Provide support for CCTV and card access systems; troubleshoot issues.
Conduct IT demos and training sessions for employees to boost proficiency.
