Job summary

ZICO Trust (M) Berhad is seeking an IT Executive to provide frontline IT support for staff in our Malaysia office. You will monitor networks, manage user access, and help maintain secure systems and data backups.

The role involves coordinating with vendors, maintaining IT docs, and delivering basic training to colleagues. Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English, with 1–2 years of relevant experience and IT qualifications.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of IT experience.
• Diploma or degree in IT/CS.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia & English.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to employees.
• Monitor network connectivity, systems and IT infrastructure to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, email and system permissions.
• Ensure IT systems and data are protected through proper security measures and backups.
• Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers for maintenance, repairs and technical issues.
• Maintain IT documentation, asset records and support reports.
• Provide guidance and basic IT training to employees when required.
