Job summary

Boilermaster Sdn Bhd is seeking an IT support and systems administrator to manage user access, support regional offices, and maintain IT infrastructure across the Malaysia network.

You will handle Active Directory, Office 365, SharePoint, and remote support tools, ensuring timely resolution of hardware and software issues and quarterly access reviews across offices.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, Teams.
• Good troubleshooting skills for computer hardware and software.
• Experience with remote desktop support preferred.
• Experience with NetSuite is an advantage.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and provide support to users.

Responsibilities

• Create new user email accounts and manage user access and setup.
• Assist with Microsoft SharePoint folder sharing and assign access to delegated users.
• Provide remote support for printing and computer-related issues using AnyDesk or TeamViewer.
• Conduct at least quarterly reviews with regional offices to verify active email users and remove access for resigned or departed employees.
• Assist users with basic NetSuite system enquiries and issues.
• Maintain IT equipment and software records, including IT reporting for entire region.
• Monitor IT inventory and assist with IT equipment purchases when required.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and liaise with external IT vendors when necessary.
• Provide basic IT support to users for computer, software, printer and email issues.
• Install and set up computers, software and other IT equipment, remotely and locally.
