Job summary

Upright Talent is looking for an IT Support Technician in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. You'll provide Level 1 and 2 IT support to regional users, maintain IT infrastructure, and ensure system stability. Familiarity with Microsoft 365, networking, and project management is essential, and experience with Kingdee K3 or SAP B1 is a plus. The role offers an attractive remuneration package up to RM 4k and provides opportunities for international exposure. Willingness to travel to Singapore and Thailand is required.

What You'll Do

• Provide Level 1 & 2 IT support to regional users
• Maintain IT infrastructure, network, servers, and systems
• Ensure IT security, system stability, and preventive maintenance
• Support IT standardization and digital transformation projects
• Support ERP, MES, and WMS systems
• Work closely with regional teams and vendors
• Travel to Singapore and Thailand when required
